Born and raised in Reno, Maximilian A. Stovall is a Northern Nevada attorney specializing in criminal defense and family law. After earning his economics degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and graduating with honors from Mississippi College School of Law, he clerked for appellate and district court judges and served as a Deputy District Attorney for Humboldt County, managing over 600 cases. In 2021, he opened the Law Offices of Maximilian A. Stovall in Reno and Minden, also providing defense for indigent clients in Douglas County. Recognized as Family Law Lawyer of the Year (2022–2024) by the Washoe County Lawyer in the Library program, Max is known for his integrity, trial experience, and commitment to the community he calls home.
